Reparations Café: “Imposter Syndrome” and Belongingness
Dates:
Sunday, October 12, 2025
12:30-2:00 PM EST (9:30 AM PST / 6:30 PM CEST)
Location: Online via Zoom (link provided upon registration)
Join Black Exhale for our October Reparations Café sessions focusing on resourcing through crisis. As the world remains in polycrisis, we gather space holders, healers, and organizers to explore how we metabolize what we're witnessing and stay present without becoming numb or burnt out. Through carefully facilitated dialogue and embodied practices, we'll practice resourcing ourselves and each other in these times.
These twice-monthly online sessions are designed as intentional spaces for Black peoples in the diaspora to gather in collective healing. When we come together with the intention of witnessing and reclamation, the field we create becomes a strong resource for everyone individually.
Facilitated by Antoinette Cooper and Jaden Ramsey, these intimate sessions create room for:
The wisdom that lives in our collective body
The strength that flows through our ancestral connections
The healing that emerges when we witness and are witnessed
The restoration that becomes possible through intentional gathering
Practices to carry forward into daily life
Registration: RSVP at cafe.blackexhale.org
Please note: This is a space created specifically for Black peoples in the diaspora. RSVP is required as spaces are limited to ensure a supportive environment.
