Nourishing Ourselves Into the Fullness of Who We Are

Francine Kelley
Somatic Psychotherapist

“I always start with ‘let’s check in with what’s already here,’ because often when we think about resource, we’re coming at it from a place of lack, from a place of ‘I need something outside of myself.’”

In this Session:

  • Resource: Support may already be present in the body, relationships, memories, environment, and small sensory experiences. Learning to notice what is already helping can make resourcing far more available in everyday life.

  • Self-tending: Caring for others does not require disappearing from your own life. Presence, boundaries, rest, and retreat can help you remain connected to yourself while continuing to tend what matters.

  • Fullness: Past experiences and distorted reflections can obscure our gifts without defining who we are. Francine invites us to reconnect with the strengths, gifts, survival, and “spark of awesomeness” that can nourish a fuller expression of who we already are.
